Our People

Enjoy what they do...

And who they practice law with. Most of us have been practicing law together for close to two decades. During that time we have developed a team approach to handling our cases, which means that your case is important to every lawyer in our office. We work efficiently and effectively, as a team, in order to get you the best possible result for your case. The relationship we have formed over the years makes working together easy and enjoyable and as a result we are solely focused on getting you the best possible result in your case. We are not only colleagues but very good friends. That friendship also extends to our office staff as well.

ARE WELL ROUNDED...

Although we limit our practice to three areas of the law – workers' compensation cases, personal injury cases and social security disability claims – we believe this makes us a well rounded firm that allows us to meet the various challenges many of our clients face. Often times, as a result of the circumstances of your injury you will end up making several different claims. Our ability to transition among many areas of the law allows us to achieve the best possible results for you by maximizing your recovery in all areas.

ARE HONEST...

Sometimes clients don't fully appreciate the strengths and weaknesses of their cases. We will always give you an honest assessment of the merits of your claim – whether that means telling you that you have a very weak claim or a very strong claim. Being honest with you also means telling you that a trial may not be in your best interests. Some cases are better handled through mediation, arbitration or by way of a settlement.

ARE PRACTICAL...

Many people think that the "best lawyers" are the ones that constantly fight with the lawyer on the other side of their case and never compromise on anything. We have enough experience to know that acting like a bully isn't practical – especially for injured clients who need compensation – because oftentimes, the "tough guy" approach only increases the time it will take to get you the compensation you need and deserve. Sometimes cooperation is the best way to go.

Having developed great working relationships with the lawyers and insurance companies that we often go up against, knowing how the system works, being respected by our peers and being respected by the judges and commissioners in whose courtrooms we often appear works much better than acting like a bully. This practical approach is what helps us get you what you want quickly. Of course, none of this means that we won't take our gloves off if we need to.
