What We Do
We limit our practice to three areas of the law – workers' compensation cases, personal injury cases and Social Security disability claims.

Workers' Compensation

If you are injured at work, the only claim you can bring against your employer, with limited exception, is a workers' compensation claim.

Personal Injury

A personal injury claim is a claim that is brought when you are injured through the carelessness and negligence of someone else. There are many types of personal injury claims.

Social Security Disability

Social Security disability benefits are awarded to people who cannot work as a result of a permanent injury. The benefits are paid to you monthly by the United States Social Security Administration.

Although some lawyers may disagree with us, we believe that lawyers cannot be skillful, experienced and knowledgeable in all areas of the law. By limiting ourselves to these three types of cases we know that we have developed the skills, experience and depth of knowledge to handle your workers' compensation, personal injury or Social Security disability claim efficiently and effectively. And if your problem is outside these areas, call us – chances are good that with our experience and contacts in the New Haven area we can find the right lawyer for your unique case.
